Lecture: Michele Hollands and Idania del Rio

Cuban Ephemera: Exploring Aesthetics of Cuban Design highlights contemporary Cuban culture through posters generated by designers actively living and working in the country. The exhibition at OCAC will feature curated works from the collection of avid Cuban art collector Beverly Walton, director of Red Ink, as well as new designs made in Havana by various Cuban designers over the last year. On February 19th, graphic designers Idania del Rio and Michele Hollands, whose work is featured in the exhibit, will join us from Cuba for the opening reception and accompanying lecture at PNCA.
