David Cohen - Relics Recent Paintings
The Relics series is a slight departure for David, exploring a new media to touch on his ongoing interest in humans’ evolving relationship with the natural world. Working for the first time with gouache on black paper, David develops his mosaic imagery to depict both nature’s bounty as well as various other images and symbols, creating a range of potential narratives for the viewer. On view through September 26.
